Noche Buena
Today is Christmas Eve. Also known as "Noche Buena" to the Cubans. Tonight we will be partaking in roasted pig, which is cooked whole and in a pit for hours and is delicioso.
I have no doubt in my mind that I will have awesome pictures and even more awesome stories to tell once I return.
